About Me
I am an energetic full time realtor at Baird & Warner in Naperville. All people are unique and I think it's important to listen to my client's specific real estate needs and to fulfill and exceed their expectations. I take pride in being dedicated and very accessible to my clients days, evenings and weekends. When I list a home I always ask my seller "what do you love about your home?" The answer often inspires me to write original descriptions of the home and come up with unique ways of marketing on the internet and to specific individuals. I stage my listings, use only professional photography with upgraded images ,virtual tours and glossy high end brochures. When I take my time and do everything carefully and well thought out right out of the gate, that is when the magic happens. I also try to create a lot of excitement and pizazze around my listings before they go onto the MLS. For this reason I believe many of my listings are sold before I even get a chance to fully market them! All of these ingredients are necessary for optimal results for my most valued sellers.
