The answer often inspires me to write original descriptions of the home and come up with unique ways of marketing on the internet and to specific individuals. I stage my listings, use only professional photography with upgraded images ,virtual tours and glossy high end brochures. When I take my time and do everything carefully and well thought out right out of the gate, that is when the magic happens. I also try to create a lot of excitement and pizazze around my listings before they go onto the MLS. For this reason I believe many of my listings are sold before I even get a chance to fully market them! All of these ingredients are necessary for optimal results for my most valued sellers. For my buyers you become my priority until your dream home is found. Patience is a virtue that I have and an attribute that my buyers really appreciate.
I am a graduate from Florida State University where I majored in hospitality management with an emphasis on marketing. As a Naperville resident, my two wonderful daughters and I take advantage of everything this gorgeous suburb has to offer. That includes long walks on the river walk with our dog Dusty, dining in fabulous restaurants, shopping in unique boutiques, not to mention the amazing extracurricular activities and top notch school districts. As a hobby, I keep my piano skills up to speed by teaching a few neighborhood kids piano and I love doing Bikram yoga!
